For approximately 15 years, Wishcaps has helped chemotherapy patients access manual cold cap therapy. During those years, we gained firsthand experience with both the benefits and challenges of traditional manual cold capping.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we repeatedly heard from patients who wanted to use cold cap therapy but had been told they would need another person to assist them throughout treatment. We believed patients should have another option.
Using the experience gained from years of working with manual cold cap systems, Wishcaps developed its own cold caps with a focus on simpler application and independent use.
Today, more than 95% of Wishcaps patients manage their treatments independently without requiring a paid capper or dedicated assistant.
